Blue Valley Manufactured Home Community

I am purchasing my home and they failed to put the screens on the windows they said they would. When I asked they cam and left 2 screens on my porch did not knock or even contact me. Still ovrr half the screens are missing. A huge tree branch fell which was every bit of 10ft damage my vehicle and they did not acknowledge it until over a month later when I called about a notice of toys in my yard stored neatly. They allow other communities to have fences but not the trailer park we live in although they all three are ran entirely by the same individuals. They demand these request yet do not respond unless they are threatened. I honestly would not recommend or advise anyone to rent or buy from this community. By far this is the worst experience I have had in the 11 years i have lived in Riley county. I fully regret purchasing this mobile home. There are individuals who have not weed eated there yard since beginning of summer its actually taller than there shed. They also have several 5 gallon buckets used for a garden that lines the outside of there lot and clearly they aren't being told or held accountable cause when held accountable the person takes care of it or the trailer park will and the weeds have been there all summer once again taller than there shed. I cannot wait to move from here... thanks for the response but I still can't even get a call back about a situation in July regarding my vehicle I called again last week and still have not received a call back or anything. I understand rules and regulations but they clare quick to write your lot number up but when I have a concern or question they never call back its not a miscommunication thats just no communication on your end I always get the answering service and expect a call back well I cant even get a call back. I will be paying this place off and leaving and definitely won't refer anyone I havemt been there long and it has not been the best

Nice and clean well kept nice place.

I love living out here with my family we have no problems at all. Anytime there is a problem maintenance is on top of it right away. Couldnt have asked for a better place to live its a nice, quiet, friendly community. They also do alot of different things to give residents a chance to get some of rent taken off so thats definitely a plus. I could go on alday about how wonderful this community is I appreciate all the staff mainly Mrs.Kendra she is such an amazing person.
