The staff is very friendly and professional. The staff takes the time to explain everything that's going on. With my job as a 911 communications Technician, my hearing is extremely important for my job. I did not think my hearing was bad, but wanted to have it checked. I found out that I did have some hearing loss. I was shown options to help my hearing. After receiving my hearing aids they sat down and explained how the aids work and what to expect. With all of my follow ups Darcie would show me something new and check everything over to make sure I was getting the best results from my hearing aids. Darcie and the staff made sure not to do everything at one so it gave me time to get used to doing what I need to do for my hearing. I was hesitant at first thinking the old big bulky hearing aids I was used to seeing, but no one even notices mine unless I point them out. Thank you Rick, Darcie and Tayor.
