We stayed at the little RV park that is next to the motel. The motel appears to be nice and well kept. The RV park is great for an overnight or even a few days. Utilities work as they should and spots are all pull through and shaded by a couple giant trees. The owner was pleasant and accommodating and the price was right.
0/10 would recommend this hotel. We have stayed at the Cottonwood Inn several times over the past few years, but the experience we had over the weekend was horrific. Our ground level room was INFESTED with bed bugs. We called management in and he tried to convince us that they were not bed bugs. Unfortunately I have to deal with bed bugs in my line of work, so I have experience and I am confident they were bed bugs. The manager finally moved us to another room, and the second room was no better than the first. There was a bed bug, and bug feces on one of the pillows, not to mention the other dead bugs all over the room.nnI saw their cleaning protocol the next morning and I witnessed them doing a very surface cleaning (vacuum, make beds, straighten up). This is a concern especially with Covid-19. This used to be a great place to stay, but they have lowered their standards for cleanliness under new management. We will not be returning again.

Clean warm comfortable Rooms, nice little Breakfast Room. Nice quiet Atmosphere right off US highway 36 east and west. Everything is close by.nThe room rates are very budget friendly and affordable. I think this is a decent little motel. Thumbs up to the Cottonwood Inn
