Would give 0 if was able. No one at front desk or any other employees in entire hotel for at least 2 hours in early evening (we went to each floor looking for someone to help us). We could not get checked in after waiting almost 45 mins, left and came back an hour later, still no one around so we left notes and refusal to pay for services not rendered. We left and went to another hotel. We will never go back to Walsh Hotel.
This place was was clean even though there is some remodeling the staff was awesome rooms were clean Landry was free internet fast we stayed 4 days well we work in Kansas thank u Walsh hotel if u stay best food is right across the street Colborns kitchen
This place is a JOKE!!!!! Do not book a room here! They have 0 customer Service! I wonder if anyone actually works there?! We had to book a room at another hotel because no one was in the lobby to help us check in!! (we booked our room and paid in advance) here I am 2 months later still trying to get a refund and it’s nearly impossible!!!!
Best hotel in Chanute! Beautiful lobby - the room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! :) bathroom with shower very clean.
