When Lyle was there every time they said they were gonna be there they were here. Now that this other person Has taken over I have been waiting months for him to come fix the return air that has fallen down in my floor. A1 put it in and they need to get it fixed. Its really bad that a good guy that cares about his costumers had to retire. This guy that is running this place now is running that company in the ground. I'm about ready to call someone else and then send them the bill . This place sucks now.

Took off an entire day last Tuesday and they never showed up. Made another appointment for today and were suppose to be here an hour ago. When I called and said I can't keep taking off work for this the response was Ok. Don't give a darn at all. And EXTREMELY RUDE! If I could give them a zero I would.
