Very clean and comfortable accomodations that will remind you of the Motor Courts of yesteryear. Was a great base for us as we were biking the Flint Hills Trail out of Council Grove and this was a quiet and comfortable retreat convenient to trail and town. Manager is very pleasant
This is an excellent motel and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to ride the Flint Hills Nature trail. The rooms are clean and comfy and feel homey thanks to the thoughtful decoration and furnishings. Lots of attention has been paid to the rooms as they include many ammenities that other motels lack.nnThe room that I stayed in included a very whisper quiet a/c unit that worked phenomenal and if you've stayed at other motels and had to deal with super loud window a/c units, you'll know how important it is for a proper rest. The room also had a coffee maker plus everything to make coffee, extra blankets, a fan and a good heater were included as well.nnEverything was clean, sheets, pillows blankets, towels, shower, fridge and microwave plus plenty of light. This motel is a hidden gem in the beautiful Council Grove. You will not regret spending your nights here!
Always go there when in Council Grove. Most comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. Caring staff.
