I stayed at the Hyatt Regency almost half price as Comfort Inn it was worth saving the money.
Starting to be run down a little. Bed was comfortable and they did a great job getting us rooms when our company failed to get our rooms booked before time. Even upgraded us.
Great, clean, pleasant staff are a few of the words I would use to describe this hotel. The common areas and my room were extremely clean. Staff was friendly and checked me in and out quickly. The hotel was full the night I stayed, but was very quiet and I slept great. Will stay again when in Independence.
Pool and hot tub shut down
Vary nice place I stayed there for two weeks for work. I had no problems with any one. Every employee was nice and polite. Very recommended.
