The practice has been sold to a new dentist. Dr Glick is no longer there!
I went to my 6 month appointment today & I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room before being called back for a cleaning. They had an unlicensed woman attempt to polish my teeth before the actual cleaning! I walked out and canceled my appointment and my 3 children's appointments - I was appalled! I have found another dentist. PATIENTS BEWARE!
Dr. Glick is awesome, his front desk receptionist is the rudest little immature girl with NO customer service skills making the experience HORRIBLE!!! Why don't the Doctors realize their front desk person can make or break them???
