Never returned my calls or emails or text messages regarding the storage unit I had. I received one letter though he said he sent 3 which I don't believe. I had nothing but issues trying to make a payment online the whole time I had a storage unit. I would try and reach out like I did before they auctioned all myself off to make a payment but NEVER ONCE GOT A CALL BACK OR EMAIL OR TEXT BACK. OUR STUFF ALWAYS GOT WET. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE. Never threatened to call the cops. I just said my lawyer will be looking into this. Cops have nothing to do with this
Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. Storage location was convenient and never had any issues. Thanks y'all...
Ok storage .... To me a little high priced
Great place to store your belongings. Been renting from them for a year with no problems at all
