These are great people and I enjoy StateFarm but after my recent deer hit it left me wanting to make sure nobody goes thru what I did.nIf you need repairs done - and I usually recommend local hometown business - I highly recommend that you ask where the nearest certified repair location is at ASAP.nLet me tell you it will make all the difference, no matter the inconvenience of distance, having someone local may definitely NOT be in your favor. I was directed by StateFarm claims, not by any one at this office to just pick a collision center without being told that there are “preferred” locations.nTrust me when I tell you it’s worth finding out the preferred shop. I went to get quotes and ended up with a mess and then 3 months after repairs were “finished” I ended up at Doenges Collision and the experience was unparalleled. Do your homework and save yourself a headache.
