He is the most caring and helpful and he’s very good with animals and people. He is a vet that still knows why he went to school and does what he does. He should be more known! Just amazing and I appreciate him and his time and help and just him as a person! He’s one of a kind for sure.
Was quoted $50 to have my baby put down. After having it done was asked if I wanted her cremated. I told them I was having it done at a place of my choice and then I was told $120. I was in enough pain from having my baby put down but then because they couldn't make money off of me from the loss of my 17 year old, furry, four legged best friend it showed me they are not there for the animal but for the money. Was totally heartless!
Fantastic experience with Dr. Batchelder and Countryside Animal Clinic. Our 5 yo German Shorthair had to have an uncommon surgery on a hernia. Dr. Batchelder went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, pre and post surgery. Can't say enough great things about his knowledge, kindness and the way he cared for our dog like he was his own. Highly recommend!!
Dr. Batchelder came to our home to euthanize our dog when we could find no other vet available. He made time in his schedule to ensure our dog did not suffer a prolonged and painful death. This vet showed compassion and skill in helping our dog, TJ, live her last moments without pain. I would recommend his clinic to anybody who is need of a vet with both extensive experience and compassion.
Awesome vet, very friendly, extremely knowledgable.
