We have insured our home, property and vehicles with Farm Bureau now for several years. We initially moved to FB from another vendor based on better rates. Now we would have to add that they are always quick to provide help and treat us with the utmost respect. We highly recommend the Farm Bureau agency that we work with. Great people!
We have had a fabulous experience with Rusty's office. Anything we need is as simple as an email and handled immediately and with professionalism. We appreciate Alicia Shay, who is always prompt to respond and make changes for us as necessary.
Rusty is great to work with! While we were in the process of our purchasing our home, he and his staff were very easy to communicate with and streamlined that portion of our home-buying process. We were able to switch our auto policies to his agency, as well, and received better limits of coverage for less monies than our previous carrier! Although we hope we don’t have to file a claim, it’s great to know that Rusty’s agency will be able to streamline the process, should it happen.
