We had a wonderful experience with Erin, Tracie, and their installation teams! We have a 100 lb German Shepard we had to consider when choosing our flooring. We had been told that hardwoods weren’t a good idea with a big dog. So we chose LVT and then did some carpeting as well. We are so happy with the way it all turned out! We’ve got a lot of great compliments! If you are looking for flooring, you need to contact Paola Carpet and Flooring. You will be happy you did. I know we sure are!!
Just had luxury vinyl laid. Couldn't be happier to have carpet gone. Awesome folks to work with. Caleb and Tommy are the best installers. Tracy and Erin work very hard to accommodate budgets. Will use them again.

We call this project our COVID project as we pretty much rushed through the finish up of this relatively small basement space for home office and exercise use. We purchased carpet and LVP plank flooring from Paola Carpet and Flooring.nTracy was more than patient with us as we tried to pick out color and style patterns without having paint colors picked out yet! They let us run home multiple samples to see what it would look like in our homes lighting conditions and offered tons of useful advice and suggestions to consider. No sales pressure, personal service, friendly and knowledgeable....what more could you want? Oh yeah, 2 minute drive!nnIn closing....Tracy, Erin and the final installers were fantastic to deal with through the entire selection process. Way more selection at their store of different manufactures and products than the box stores, plus it was one on one attention and WAY more knowledgeable about the products they sell. I would highly recommend anyone looking for floor coverings give them the opportunity to earn your business, I believe you will be happy you did!nnCheers.
