Ms.Ava was very friendly on the phone. She squeezed me with my situation. She also let me know a tech would b coming my way after his current job. Mr Harold came within the next hour. He was super nice & very friendly 2 us. He checked everywhere he thought might have had an issue. He was also honest & straight forward with us. He let us know what he was doing & looking for in the rooms. He also gave me a suggested list what needs to be done down the road 2. Mr Electric is awesome & would recommend them to anyone for any electrical needs.

The folks from Mr. Electric out of Paola, KS. where very responsive from my first inquiry with them. They had a tech out very soon to make a review and estimate for my needed work. Special call out to Logan who did a great job of telling me exactly what to expect and how long the process would be. He and his assistant where at our place right when he told me they would be and did a great job. We're quite happy with our new outside pole light.

Harold is fantastic, the only thing that kept me from 5 stars is the price being pretty high. But otherwise, I was very happy with the work.

I had to get my panel replaced and Logan came out with an apprentice and they absolutely did an amazing job Logan also took time to put in a new outlet for me! They did great work with my panel! They cleaned up everything and even teached me 9n what they were doing! Freaking awesome company the owner should be very proud of these 2 guys!

My house was plagued by squirrels . Despite traps and other devices, the little buggers ate insulation off numerous wires. Logan and Harold of Mr. Electric of Paola scoped the problem, recommended the best way to mitigate the damage and then spent nearly a week in the attic during a heat wave. Both Logan and Harold were very knowledgeable with clear explanations and great outcomes.
