Have been going to Dr. Hahn since he opened the practice and find him to be an exceptional dentist. However, his business practices leave much to be desired. Twice I had been quoted a price for a crown, paid my out of pocket expense, only later to get an invoice for an additional $175. When questioned about the charge, "Jackie" advised that they had not received what they expected from the insurance company and I was responsible for the shortage. Why provide a quote for service only to double dip your patient later? The final straw for me was being charged for an office call during a routine cleaning. Once again, "Jackie" said "Oh, I guess you have been here three times this year and your dental insurance only pays for two visits". So, they don't even bother to check if a patients insurance policy will cover the visit, especially for routine cleaning which could have easily been put off for a few months. When I told "Jackie" to cancel any further appointments I or my family had, instead of saying let me look into it, or let me speak to the doctor, she simply replied "OK". I sent a check for the office call directly to Dr Hahn marked personal and confidential, advising him of my displeasure with the way I had been treated, and he didn't even have the courtesy to reach out with an explanation. They have absolutely no respect or loyalty to long time customers, it's all about the money. Easier just to find a new dentist who doesn't gouge and take advantage of its customers.

I am new to this area and Dr Hahn and his team were highly recommended. I had plenty of questions for the front desk girls about my new insurance, and Jackie went above and beyond to help me, not only find out who my insurance was with, but what I may be responsible in paying for my future appointments. Everyone is super friendly and it is such a relaxed, family environment. You can tell their staff gets along well with each other which made my appointment go that much more smoothly. At the end of my appointment, I even found myself having a laugh with Chris, Dr. Hahns assistant. I also appreciate all the precautions they are taking with consideration of the coronavirus! Phone prescreening, temperature check and mouth rinsing were all completed before I was seated in my room! I am so grateful that I have found such an amazing group of people to help me with my dental needs! I am actually looking forward to future visits with them!

I have been a long time patient of Southridge Dental and have ALWAYS been treated like I am among friends. The front desk ladies help me with my many insurance questions and help me to understand my dental benefits. Dr. Hahn is the best dentist and I can not thank him and his assistants for their dental knowledge and experience they have provided me and my children over the many years I have been a patient there. If you are looking for a dentist this is where you should call for all of your dental treatment.

Southridge Dental was recommended to me by a couple of friends from work, and I am glad I followed their advice. The staff are wonderful; the dentist, his assistants, and the hygienist are all friendly, thorough, professional and great about explaining things. Bonus: Least painful novocaine shots EVER. The office staff are pleasant and helpful. I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist's office.
