I absolutely love this staff and Dr. Gibson. They are very friendly and great at their jobs. I used to have jacked up teeth and now they are perfectly straight. 100% would recommend them😄

Rude and unprofessional. After reaching out to the page on Facebook asking if somebody was available to talk, they responded "About what? 😂" and immediately after, they responded with, "I'm available to chat. What can I help you with?" I'm sure they type rude messages to patients and delete them before sending the professional message. I wouldn't doubt they go behind peoples' backs in the office and talk negatively about them and their children😡. Fortunately, they accidentally sent the message to me, and Facebook doesn't allow pages or people to delete messages on both ends, only theirs. Screenshots below. I responded back still inquiring about their offered services and received no response. This person probably deleted the messages on their end that way it wouldn't be seen by anyone else who manages the Facebook page. The lifetime value of an orthodontic patient/client is well over $5,000+. It's unfortunate that one employee can cost an orthodontist thousands of $$$ in revenue every time they can't control their inner-thoughts with a prospective client/patient. I even found another review on Facebook about a rude front-desk employee🤦🏽‍♀️. I hope Dr. Gibson sees the value in hiring a genuinely caring, or at least courteous, employee. There are plenty of kind people with 10+ years of customer service experience looking for jobs amidst our current economic crisis, and there will be even more actively searching for jobs in 3 weeks when the extended unemployment benefits expire. Please, consider hiring somebody that will bring your business value for years to come through kind and fair treatment. There's so much power in referrals, but nobody will refer their friends and loved ones to a place that doesn't care about its patients AND lets rude employees get away with gossiping about those patients. Side note: the first message I sent was an automated message I clicked on, so that's why it was worded "to chat" and not "to help" or "to answer my question". Still no excuse for a professional business that is meant to help patients get a healthy and confident smile.

Doctor Gibson and his staff are always professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gibson is a caring health care provider who willingly took care of issues for our daughter during off hours. I can say with no reservation that Dr. Gibson is the best dental provider I have ever met.

Premier professionals! I and my children look forward to our Gibson appointments. The setup up is state of the art, the staff are knowledgeable, kind and courteous, and the treatment experience is light years from the pain and borderline mistreatment I received when I had braces in the mid to late 80's.

A great local orthodontist. He is the most popular choice for a kids orthodontist. Always a great experience and a very friendly staff.
