Chimney and Stone is a fabulous company! They installed 2 pellet inserts in our home several years ago which not only added a wonderful ambiance but also brought down our heating bills by 1/3. Their cleaning and service is exceptional as well: friendly, professional and informative. Make this your only stop when looking for fireplace/heating solutions.
From the initial contact to the follow-up phone call, working with Chimney and Stone was the perfect experience. A receptionist that was informative and cordial greeted my inquiry. Scheduling was prompt, determining just what I needed done was easily accomplished and that work was completed efficiently and expertly. The technician made certain that I was comfortable with both the operation of my fireplace and the additional equipment that was installed. They will be our “go to” for any and all related projects.
I met with Brady at the Home Show and saw their awesome display of fireplaces. He scheduled a service and was able to fix my current fireplace. Great work and great company!
Brady and his crew at Chimney and Stone Specialists have been very professional, timely, and affordable for all of the projects completed at our house. They installed an outdoor gas fireplace, a new gas log set, and a wood burning fireplace during a home renovation and everything turned out great. When one of the gas sets had an issue they were quick to resolve under warranty. Highly recommended.
Aaron came to clean out our dryer hose. Apparently, the people who lived here before NEVER had this done.nThere was a huge amount of lint. Aaron was very professional, efficient and neat. He answered all our questions and explained each step. We will definitely request Aaron when we have this done again.
