The rest of my family uses Heartland so when I got a new furbaby I decided to check them out. Everyone is so friendly. Even with the crazy restrictions in place, they made me feel welcome. My furbabies were well taken care of, and they didn't charge an arm and a leg. I am definitely staying with this clinic and recommend them highly.

We have always been treated very well when we visit them. I feel.like they love our pets almost as much as we do! I would encourage anyone to trust their fur babies with Heartland Vet.

I was referred to this vet by a friend. I needed a quick vaccine for my dog. Upon calling I was told that was no problem and could be seen the next day. The vet techs were friendly. Due to covid I was Not allowed in the lobby. After they brought my dog back they came and asked for payment. Upon receiving my receipt I saw a $25 exam fee. No one mentioned through the entire process there would be an exam fee. The vet himself came and talked to me and told me I should’ve assumed there would be. They don’t tell people there’s an exam fee because we should assume. He proceeded to tell me this was a way for him to keep his doors open. There was no apology on his end for the unknown charge and I was The one at fault for not assuming there would be an exam charge. I dont recommend this vet for his professional was lack thereof. Plenty of other good vets in town for your fur babies!

Mark and his staff are wonderful. It's in the name. The do have a Heart for animals and humans alike. Thank you guys for all you do!
