I would give them a zero if I could. The independent adjuster they assigned to my claim (Heartland adjusting) is terrible. Their estimate did not include items necessary to repair the damage according to building code, or manufacturer specifications.nWhen I called the claim handler to address this, she told me i can get 2 estimates from contractors, but she is still going to pay based on the adjusters estimate.ni deal with insurance companies every day, Breman Farmers Mutual is currently the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.nI will be canceling my policy once the claim is settled.

When we had an incident regarding flooding, Bremen flew right in and took care of the issue with no hassle whatsoever. I use Annette Epp as my agent and between Annette and Bremen, I've never had a better experience before with any other insurance provider. I hope to keep them for years to come. Honest customer review from my personal experience.

Extremely high and when you try to cancel almost impossible. Agents don’t return calls. Can’t even find your policy. But still want to charge your bank. Have to pay a stop payment fee. Still haven’t got my refund and they tried to charge me again.

We live in Kansas and use them as our insurance. We had a house fire and we called then at 10pm and they had someone call back within 20 minutes. They have been very helpful from the start of our claim. Adjusters have been helping us and answer the phone since day one of claim. Thank you for helping us.
