It is a volunteer force with the same few people showing up for every call. With reckless behavior and driving on the department it is a matter of time before something happens. Inexperience on the department in officer positions and those not certified are a disaster waiting to happen. Leadership ability has diminished from previous years and yet acceptance is only by select few just 6 personnel. It is best to get buddy buddy with officers in order to get on. Once one you read the new sop/sog, you MUST submit to a UA test eight then and there. Turnover rate for this department is extremely high not worth your time in joining.
