I requested the return of my $10,000 escrow deposit after it was released by the seller (ESB Financial) which at the same time was acknowledged by Moon Title.nnI did not get the deposit wired back to my credit union until a week later after filing a complaint with the Kansas Insurance department and contacting an attorney in Emporia.nnWhen asked to speak to Brian Poertner the day after my request. I was put on hold to see if he was available and was not. He refused to talk with me or return my phone call even though he was in the office.nnHe was already aware that the seller (ESB Financial) had already released my escrow deposit. He, nor anyone else ever replied to my email inquiries or phone calls until I finally get the first communication as an email from a different person saying my wire has been approved a week after my request! Coincidentally, the wire was received the same day the attorney called.

Not the experience I would have wanted. I am still waiting to get my check for the payment of a home I sold on Mar 3, 2020.
