Las Vegas Wisdom Teeth

Dr. Wirig is incredibly professional. When I went in to visit to have my wisdom teeth extracted he made sure I knew exactly what to expect and really made me feel comfortable with the whole process. The operation was quick, and recovery didn’t last long either. Amazing service!!!

We cannot say enough about how great Dr Spencer Wirig & his entire staff is . My 14 year old son had to have 2 wisdom teeth & 2 second molars extracted while he had his braces on. We were apprehensive how he would do at first because Justin is only 14 and very thin but Dr. Spencer came in and put our minds at ease. He answered any questions & concerns we as parents had & also directed his attention to Justin and answered all of his concerns as well. Every step of this experience was so much easier than we expected, from the financial planning and scheduling with Kara to the extraction appointment with Dr Spencer and his 2 awesome assistance Carmen & Leah to the followup phone calls & post op appointment. The extraction appointment took a little over an hour and they did a procedure called platelet therapy which helped in the healing of the sockets so that he wouldn't end up getting dry sockets. Justin was petrified of needles and he said that the iv sedation was very painless. When he came out of the room I expected him to be very drugged up but we were happy to see that he wasn't even that loopy. We had the teeth removed the Thursday before Thanksgiving & we were pleasantly surprised that he was able to eat almost everything for Thanksgiving dinner. I was previously a dental assistant for 21 years and I was very impressed at the ease of his recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone that needs to have any extractions done.

Absolutely Love this office. The doctor and the staff are AMAZING! Dr. Spencer really takes his time to explain the procedure to you, and really makes you feel comfortable. He is definitely a genuine doctor, that cares about his patients. Karah is great with getting insurance benefits, and making sure everything is ready for you on the day of your appointment. Both of Dr. Spencer's assistants are lovely, they really make you feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

Getting wisdom teeth taken out isn’t something anyone wants to do, but Dr. W made the experience as best as it could possibly be. All the nurses were really nice and caring. They checked up on me and gave me ways to contact them in case anything came up. Very nice.

Loved this office! I was so nervous about pulling my wisdom teeth and the staff and doctor made my experience so much easier! They were very professional and kind. I would definitely refer my family and friends! Thank you Dr. Spencer and staff :)
