My Samsung washer just threw a code so we loaded up and we ran over to the washing well. I’m not sure what the negative reviews are all about but we showed up and loaded up 5 washers and got our laundry all done very quickly. No trouble! It’s clean, warm (as it’s 30 degrees out) and even has little Toy machines for my kids to play with and stay occupied! Pretty awesome that Pleasanton has this! Thank you guys and great job! Night and day difference from what it used to be !

Not clean!!! Opened a washer and it had what looked like part of a bird's nest in it. About half of the washers were out of order also. Got out asap!!!!! I was going to wash work clothes, but not there!!! Drive 20 minutes north to do it!!

Our washer broke so we had a weeks worth of laundry to do before the repair guy could come. Very clean , able to wash all of our loads at the same time !

Let me start out , i would not have even given it one star but I had to so I could give a review.nI bundled up LOTS of laundry so I could wash all my winter clothes and get them packed away to bring out spring clothing , i expected to spend 60 to 80 dollars .nSince I looked this establishment up and seen it was 24 hour I would make the 11 or so mile trip around 8 or 9 pm , thinking less people and so forth ......needless to say stopped got my quarters and laundry soap and was going to finally get this task done ....only to find both doors locked , no sign saying we apologize but we are closed for what ever reason NOTHING !!!nWHAT A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT BUT THAT SEEMS TO BE THE ONGOING SLUM OF A PLACE IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN ! A LITTLE PAINT COULDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE !!!nVERY SAD ud83dude23

Highly recommend!! Always very clean, machines are clean and in good working condition, nice comfortable couches to sit while you wait on your laundry, dryers dry quickly! Great job!!
