I would give this a -* but it won't let me!nI'm disabled and have a service dog. I called this morning for an appointment to get her nails done and girl said no she no longer would accept any appointments from me. When I ask why she said nonpayment. I said I was unaware of any balance. I told her I was disabled and my helper had been bringing my dog in. I ask what the outstanding amount was and she said there isn't one. So then what is the problem? She very rudely said you walked out without paying and wouldn't answer when she called. I went to explain Dr larosh had told me not to worry about paying for her first nail trim and my second visit my dog was having a seizure I was a hot mess and told them I hadn't got my social security check yet and Dr larosh said he would bill me. I never received a bill. My third visit for my service dogs nail trim I paid for the nail trim and the outstanding balance. No problem.nLady today was out of line and rude!
The new female vet is awful. Just awful. Bring back the professional, Doc PaRish.
