Randy went above and beyond to provide a great customer experience for our residential job. We had a few stubborn pet stains in our downstairs carpet that he was able to get out within an hour. The carpets now look brand new, and the price was fair. Randy called me within an hour of receiving my online inquiry and was able to squeeze us in the very next day. The day of our cleaning, he was punctual and professional. He even followed up the day afterwards to see how our carpets looked and to make sure we were satisfied. We would absolutely recommend Precision Carpet Cleaning to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
Absolutely spectacular! Randy was professional, courteous, prompt, and so flexible I ended up giving him more than he quoted me just because of his awesomeness. I couldn't possibly imagine ever having anyone else do my carpets now that I know he exists.
