Do not move here if your black. I live in public housing and have repeatly been discriminated against by other tenants. You have no rights once you are under city authority. And people can assault you and get away with it! I was followed up the street by housing manager and a white woman that whisted at me like a dog. After i told them tp leave me a lone. They just kept harassing me off property. Now i am being evicted for not wanting to be bothered. I needed to calm down and they just keep coming at me off property.
