Never answers my phone calls, never calls me back, other than one time at almost 1030 at night to tell me he was going to mail me out some paperwork to fill out. A month later never got the paperwork had to go to court to get it when I could’ve specifically just went and picked it up myself and had it all filled out and turned back in before I even had to go back to court. Couldn’t even do that now I have the paperwork filled out and turned in court services won’t even do anything with the paperwork for whatever reason. It is too hard for a judge to sign a piece of paper I’m guessing but it’s just as hard when you have repeatedly texted your lawyer trying to explain to him what court services have said and its still been three weeks and three messages later and no reply. I understand these lawyers are overworked and under paid but I pay my taxes and I pay my court fines when I shouldn’t have to be paying child support in the first place. For two kids that reside with me with no state assistance and state don’t make their dad pay child support. So why would I have to pay child support on two kids that live with me under my roof which I pay all of the bills with absolutely no help but I owe them $700 for child support when I can’t even get the courts to at least make their dad Make one payment to be honest $100 in five years for two teenage children don’t cut it especially when you owe $600 a month. Has Only given 100 and definitely not in a five-year period but you can charge a parent that does take care of her kids $700 when I’m owed 40,000 just in back child support alone.
