The first time we came in the staff was friendly and helpful. We brought my husbands watch to be sized correctly. Today we went in with our masks due to corona. When I put my watch on to show the woman at the counter she told me I would have to tell her how many links to take out because she couldn’t get that close. Well ma’am I am at a jeweler for a reason. I wouldn’t know that is your job. You will touch the watch after me correct? So perhaps a band showing how much was hanging, anything because I wouldn’t know where the links come Apart? She couldn’t get close due to corona. Ok well an option should be present then instead of me guessing?? Then when I said ok then have a good day and began to leave she said oh Jesus Christ. Well yes ma’am perhaps he would be a good option for you wanting me to half do the job I came to you for? Found another jeweler who will fit the watch and do it covid compliant and still serve the customer. Not this place and their poor attitude.
My husband & I have been customer’s for over 25 years. We love the superior quality of all our purchases. Have loved every piece of jewelry that we have purchased here.
Went there to get my two watches (wristband) repaired and ended up standing there talking to the very friendly staff for a while. Great customer service, reasonable prices and most importantly great job on the watches ud83eudd20
