I chose Besel’s because I had the impression they were the best in town. The name everyone knows and relies on for high quality work in Leavenworth. I was willing to pay a higher price for professionalism and high quality for the 2 medium sized renovation projects I needed on my house. At the end of this process I feel more disappointed/frustrated then satisfied. I will say the quality of most of the work was superb and the work guys were respectful and quick to get the job done. The rest of the process was an absolute mess. It took 2 months longer than the initial 1 month wait time that was given. The first estimate appointment was a no show. Communication on the job was sparse at best. One of the jobs, I was guaranteed features that the guys didn’t have the space to implement. The last disappointing blow was being overcharged for things that I was promised but weren’t physically able to be included in the job with a refusal to deduct. I definitely wish I considered alternative businesses at the end of all this. I had a 3rd project completed by another company that quoted me a much lower estimate than Besel’s and the whole process went SO SO much better and I’m pleased with the final product. I recommend you look elsewhere for your home improvement needs, I wish I had explored other options. I’m happy that it’s finally over and I did get a nice bathtub and front porch. Jamie, Floyd, and Titus were all wonderful!

On Friday our furnace didn’t want to kick back into heat after a hot Thursday (Oct 23). Not a real big issue because we also have a wood burning fireplace. But temperatures kept dropping fast so we called numerous other companies in the area. They all said they’d get back to us ... on Monday. Spencer from Besel answered our call on Sunday morning and came out to diagnose the issue before noon. A new gas valve was ordered and Spencer set up the heat pump so we would at least get heat through it. Valve was installed today, on Wednesday. Great service, great technician so we signed up for their maintenance service.

As a Property Manager I quickly learned the importance of having a reliable and dependable HVAC company that I can count on weather it be replacing an entire system, having a system charged and brought back into service after hours, or needing a replacement part for a system I am able to repair in house. Besels comes thru consistently 100% of the time! Their installs are clean and their Techs and Service Manager are professional and get the job done.nHighly Recommend

Extremely satisfied with this service. Knowledgeable, was running early and asked if they could come over sooner (talk about awesome), and worked diligently, checking everything and being extremely thorough.
