Tim is extraordinary in that he checks the traps and moves them if necessary at no extra charge. I have used his service for 4 years .He is very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Sunflower Pest service.
My home has a basement beneath part of the house and an addition sits on a slab/crawl space. I've occasionally hear mice in the crawl space side but, they'd started to get into my walls and attic area which was super annoying to listen to around 4am. One call to Sunflower and the problem seems to be solved! Tim came out in May and placed a bait station in the crawl space and I've heard no additional rodent activity in the walls since that day. I had Tim back out in October to refill the bait station to ensure that as the weather begins to turn cold, mice don't become an issue again. I was also very pleased to learn that the type of rodent poison Sunflower uses is essentially pet safe as a neighbor's cats are indoor/outdoor and known to hunt. I was assured that a cat (or even a dog) would have to eat more rodents than their own body weight in mice before they'd ever become sick from the poison.nI will now stay on a regular schedule to have Sunflower out to refill the bait station and likewise, if ever I have an issue with other pests, Sunflower will be my first call.
