Worst cleaners I’ve ever used. Broke an expensive pin on my dress uniform for the military, lost one of the buttons on the uniform and never told me about either issue. I tried calling 3 times and left two voice mails and never got a single call back. Will not use ever again.
First, they do a stellar job and they do it quickly. As important is their customer service. My gosh these folks are nice. My son, here for 2 days to interview in KCMO, noticed a small tear in his dress pants. He went in, hope against hope, that they would help him in time to make it to the interview. Not only did they do it, but they told him it was on the house and good luck at the interview. Our family will never go anywhere else.
This place is top notch. I went to pick up my suit today and they had made a mistake...not only did they not charge me, but the manager personally delivered it to my house. God bless these people ud83dude4f.
They wete very helpful to me in getting my disabled sons clothing cared for.
Used the seamstress services and couldn't be happier. Very prompt in completion of requested service and very nice. Will continue to use this business!
