We had a significant water issue in the crawlspace that led to the right amount of water damage to our property near Kansas City. Brad at Complete Carpet Care and Water Cleanup Restoration came out and walked us through all the options and the costs associated with correcting the problem. He was genuinely knowledgeable and took his time. We had him do all the work, and we are thrilled with the results. We would recommend him. Thanks again!!! We also had a plumbing issue that created buckled hardwood floors throughout our home. He was at our property within an hour and quickly had everything under control. He worked with our insurance company and adjuster to ensure that things went smoothly for us. He was in constant communication with me. Complete Carpet Care and Restoration / Brad the owner did a great job for the rental property I manage nearby Kansas City. There was a ton mold growing on the property, do measurements. Brad provided us a detailed estimate and worked with us on the price. Once contracted, his team completed the work on time and the job was done right. The entire team was very courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with their restoration and mold removal services and would hire them again.great experience overall.
Had an excellent experience with Brad, the owner, and his crew. My son flooded the bathroom; we had no idea what to do! Thankfully, I called Complete Carpet Care & Restoration.And they helped ease my concerns about the whole process. His team showed up in less than an hour and got started with drying everything out. I know that water damages can be a big deal if not appropriately treated. They were professional and on time. They were quick and did quality work. Brad was personally involved in my KC water damage repair. I appreciate the way he explained everything to my wife & I. We had never experienced a problem before and were unsure what to do. I had been dealing with for years - high humidity in the Kansas City area and water damage in my house crawl space. I had other restoration companies in KC address it with no actual improvement. Brad came in with a low cost and creative solution that solved the problem. It’s been three months since installation and water damage restoration repairs done to our house, and the humidity levels are more economical than ever. He explained how the whole insurance claim process worked and how he would work with them to complete the necessary repairs. He was personally involved in each step of the repair process and performed some of the more delicate work himself. They are committed to helping the customer and assure we are satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.
