Their are two State Farm Agencies in Parsons. I have had dealings with both. I also have friends and family that have used the other one in the past and had very different experiences than my friends and family who use Les Hammett's State Farm agency. Les and everyone he has had working for him in the last 20 + years that I have been going their are always nice and ready to help you. In the past, if we had any problems with claims over the phone, they were always ready to help us resolve the issue. They aren't whats on the TV commercials, but they're pretty darned close.

I have had State Farm for many years and would recommend it to anyone. They are always there when you call even after hours their service takes care of you when you need it the most.
