I am a regular customer. This Panera location has very helpful, efficient, friendly and professional employees. I am always very impressed by how they remember the details of my preferences even when it is extremely busy. They make me feel welcome and special each visit. Great customer service.nnMaria Soto, buses the tables and does an excellent job. She is so kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond helping people with their dirty dishes.nShe is a very hard worker. I always enjoy her warm and friendly smile.
I work nearby and visit this location often. The food and customer service is great. I visited today and the manager made sure my order was perfect!
I was treated disrespectfully here by the people who call out the orders. On multiple occasions over the past 3 years, different men and women who call out the orders have called out the name of my mother and my sister while I was eating my food alone. My mother and sister live in other cities, and it's inexplicable to me how the strangers who work here would know the names of my family members, or that a coincidence like this could occur on multiple visits.
