Our fireplace from our new home went out within a year. Cyndi was able to get someone out quickly and get it fixed. She was professional and thoughtful of my time. Her service guy, Bill was great also. He was kind and cleaned up after his work was done. I recommend them to anyone needing a new fireplace or an old one fixed.
The staff were extremely efficient at locating the issues we had and will be back with replacement parts. After having our fireplaces serviced they operate like brand new. We will definitely sign up for the yearly maintenance plan.
Cyndi is simply the best, no other way to put it! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have every piece of information you need to make the right decision for your business or for your home. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else.
Cyndi, the owner was fantastic to work with. The installation crew did a great job and even came back to finalize a few loose ends. She came out ahead of time and took great measurements, discussed our options and limitations. Great family owned business and people.
Cyndi, the owner, worked personally with me from the beginning and was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond what might be expected again and again and came out on THREE separate occasions to help straighten out problems that were contractor induced. I can not recommend Rocky Mountain Fireplaces and Cyndi Uhlig with enough enthusiasm. EASY FIVE STARS.
