The staff at Spring Hill Veterinary Clinic are compassionate, considerate and highly skilled at pet health and care. It’s a 30 minute drive from my house - and I won’t go anywhere else. The veterinarians at Spring Hill provide advice based on what’s best for the animal. This is important to me. I’ve had experiences at other places closer to home and have been presented with unnecessary procedures and costly invoices.nnEvery Saturday there’s a walk-in clinic. I work during the week and sometimes have a packed schedule. The flexibility to have my pet seen on a weekend is appreciated.nnIf you’re looking for a caring veterinarian practice - look no further. I highly recommend Spring Hill Veterinary Clinic.

We recently had to put our sweet girl Lucky down. They let us transfer her to them from an emergency after hours vet hospital so we could make the best decision for care. Dr. Miller did a Dr. to Dr. 1:1 call with the vet from the other hospital to discuss our sweet girl and that would be best for her. When we arrived, Michelle the vet tech saw us standing outside (because Covid) and immediately dropped what she was doing, got us a room, got Dr. Miller and we decided to put her down. We got all settled in, they waited for our family to arrive to say goodbyes, snuggle her, and it was just so kind and beautiful. Spring Hill Vet has taken care of all our dogs for years now, and took care of Lucky since she was a puppy. We will continue to use them as they are kind, compassionate, loving, and truly care about these animals. They understood we were losing a family member and took care of us as much as they took care of Lucky. It was a sad, heartbreaking day and would have been so much harder without our sweet friends at Spring Hill Vet.nA special shot out to Dr. E Miller for being so kind, gentle, and taking the time to speak to the very from the hospital.nAnother special shout out to Michelle for being with us, loving on Lucky, crying with us, and being amazing as always!nWe truly appreciate you all!

I live in Overland Park and drive to Spring Hill for vet care! I love small town care for my fur babies! Their staff is always friendly and go above and beyond. My pup was getting spayed and has severe anxiety, they text me pictures to comfort me. She was still naughty, but I knew she was being cared for. ❤

They misdiagnosed my dog multiple times over a period of months. They never recommended seeing a vet surgeon or showed concern until it was too late. This error will cost my sweet pup her life as it’s cancer and now terminal. I urge everyone to avoid this establishment. I’d been loyal for nearly a decade and I regret that immensely. Never again.

Dr. Erin Miller and all staff and volunteers saved our Holly dog's life about one year ago.nThis year we had to let her go and it was one of the worst times of our lives.nThank you to all the staff who were so kind, patient, and accommodating to Holly and us, as we said goodbye.n❤ufe0f
