John Paul is an amazing agent! We had been with another company for over 20 years & came in to talk to him on a referral from a friend. He is so knowledgeable, explained the best ways to have all of our coverages met, and beat the price of our old company substantially. I'm treated as an equal, not judged. I appreciate everything Allstate does to take care of my insurance needs! For example, my card expired,they didn't fret! I got a letter letting me know a double payment will be charged on next billing cycle. I appreciate this because I don't like stressing about lapsed insurance!! A lady caused me to bump her when she suddenly stopped in front of me going through a green light, I called for advice because at the time, she said she didn't have auto insurance. A couple of months later, I'm notified they are claiming they got hurt! I had to call them out, because there was no way! The investigation is still going on, and I was promised they would do their very best to uncover the truth. I don't want Insurance through anyone else! My Lenexa Team, with Timothy Waltrip, is the best!
