Great experience every time I go- with the extra Covid precautions to the personal interaction with Shawna the office manager, always pleasant to go here, even though is for a somewhat painful procedure. I've told many friends to see if Dr Baker can meet their requirements too! Thanks so much!

Today was the first time meeting Dwayne he is an assistant to Dr. Baker. I must say Dwayne did an awesome job with my injections today in both shoulders. It didn’t hurt like normal it felt like a little pinch. He also explained in detail what the injection does, and he went underneath the bone and injected in the muscle area. I felt instant relief from both shots. Thank you very much Dwayne I appreciate you and I will ask you every time I come back for my injections.

I did not even get past the girl on the phone. I had given her the basic information as to why I was calling for an appointment. She seemed young and distracted. I had to repeat everything I had told her. She said she was starting a chart on me so was asking the questions again. I said when could I get in to see the dr and she said she had to do a chart on me first.when she asked me for my social security number, I said No! Again I asked how soon could I get in, she said I had to finish the information on the chart. I told her no and that I felt she was not listening to me and I hung up. I believe your front desk people need to listen and focus on the call.

Everyone is so pleasant and professional. Dr. Baker and his staff always take time to listen and answer any questions. Great place to go for care!
