Jenkins Dentistry for Kids

Dr. Jenkins truly has a passion for what she does. Her and her staff are angels that immediately make you and your kiddo feel at ease. If you have a scared child or a child with special needs, they are in great hands here!

It was raining the morning we went to my son’s very first dentist appointment. Two other families checked in, we then walked to check in. With my one year old & two year old I was told the waiting room was full and I would have to walk back to my car and wait for them to call. We waited under the awning, and good thing we didn’t go back to the car because they called us in within 5 minutes. I’m a little perturbed they saw a woman with two young kids and told her to leave in the rain & wait in her car. It’s about time to utilize the waiting room & if people don’t feel comfortable doing so, they can feel free to wait in their car.nnMy son refused to do X-rays, and He refused to lay on the chair. That’s ok, it was his first time, and he’s two. I was getting very overwhelmed at how poorly the appointment was going. I wanted to leave and reschedule, but they insisted I wait for Dr. LeBlanc to see him. We waited about 30 minutes to be seen. Me with my one year old and two year old, pretty unbelievable. When I asked for a second time to reschedule, they said “Oh we are next!” And waited another 10 minutes for Dr. Leblanc. Our appointment was at 8am, and Dr. LeBlanc did not see my son until 8:54 am. Hindsight I should have pushed to just reschedule the appointment. Not sure how they got so backed up, because we had an 8am appointment. My issue is they seem to be overbooking. Which is frustrating because my insurance is still paying for this subpar treatment of waiting around. The staff was very friendly, no issues there. Will try another dentist next time.

Our 4 year old daughter has been seeing Dr. Jenkins since she was 2 years old and she actually ENJOYS going to the dentist because of her! The staff is super friendly and the office is very clean + great Covid procedures! Dr. Jenkins is phenomenal with kids and even suggested my daughter’s stuffed animal get a balloon too! All around GREAT experience!

First time going there, and was recieved by a friendly young lady. Sat down for around 5 minutes (maybe less) until I was ready to be seen. Very friendly ladies sadly can't remember they're names, but they were gentle and quick with my little guy (he's a year old). LeBlanc was also very quick a gentle with my little man. Would recommend to anyone with their little ones.

Have taken my kids here for years and will continue to until they're too old to be a patient. They always have a welcoming staff and an atmosphere to make children comfortable. The dental team is always delicate yet thorough with my little people and wish they accepted adult patients as well. ud83dude09
