The two guys that were here were very professional an through.
Had an level 2 chimney inspection completed on a house. Anthony from Fluesbrothers was professional and detailed in his report and provided many potential estimates for things that needed to be fixed. He offered an additional call to go through the report and all estimates and helped me prioritize what needed to be completed first. He was very detailed in explanations and explained in a way that someone who wasn’t familiar would be able to understand. Very appreciative of Anthony! Overall very professional and great service from Fluesbrothers!
Great service. We had some fairly ridiculous quotes for work on our chimney from another shop in town and Fluesbrothers was a lot more reasonable. They were able to provide us with several options and helped us pick what would be best for us. Their staff was professional, courteous and on time. Our project turned out exactly how we wanted! We will definitely be recommending them to others.
Our technician was Anthony Contreras. He was very professional and also courteous and friendly. He did a great job explaining what he was doing, and showed me all the pictures he took of the various things they were looking for. He did a wonderfully thorough job and I'm now feeling confident in using our gas fireplace. Thank you Anthony!
Tyler was fantastic. He arrived right on time and walked me through the entire process. He even located the manual for my specific fireplace on line and shared it with me! He really did a very thorough job and I will definitely return to Fluesbrothers next year for my annual cleaning! The office staff was also very professional when I scheduled my appointment and their reminder was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend them.
