Good cut and good atmosphere, BUT bad customer service!nnHow so,nnBeen 4 times each time my barber has had to ask what we were doing and just couldn’t remember how to cut my hair. Great clips takes notes, and remembers! The fourth visit I made to the Hawk the barber said, there was a lunch meet to get to for a friend’s birthday. And won’t have time to wash out and style the cut today. No discount or gift card was offered for the reduction in service. Was as if it was NO BIG DEAL and maybe even a COMMON OCCURRENCE. Went in for the fifth time and the last! I was told to come back or reschedule due to the barber running behind 25 minutes or more. Again, like it’s NO BIG DEAL, to the guy behind the counter telling me. Last but not least you can’t even call the actual shop you are directed to, well not sure where!nnHey maybe they can’t call out either and that’s why they didn’t start calling customers to come later if possible or reschedule.nnOr that’s part of customer relations and that they lack.
Did not like my cut.
Chance has always given me a solid cut in a timely manner, and I am glad to have found him as a barber! I can not recommend this guy enough. He always makes great recommendations for product and styling and has boosted my confidence 10 fold.
Great shop with skilled barbers. Definitely a great place to go if you want a good professional cut.
Friendly barbers & getting acquainted with 1 barber is a must when it comes to getting exactly what you want every time. Awsome friendly environment & the barber make you feel included when they're talking back and forth with each other.
