We have been waiting for my husband to be scheduled for testing for over 5 months and they will never be straight with anything and its TONS of excuses

Do not use this place! It is an absolute waste of time and money. They promise 6 hours of instruction, my driver received NO instruction. His “instructor” couldn’t even back the truck up himself, much less instruct my driver how to do it. The staff is rude and extremely lazy. Barely answers the phone, can’t get their scheduling straight, one thing after another. A complete and total waste of time. As a business owner, I understand the importance of getting things done efficiently and promptly. This place isn’t capable of it. I also understand the importance of delivering on your promises. This place isn’t capable of that either. If you’re needing instruction for CDL testing or if you’re an employer (as I am) wanting to send new hires for CDL instruction, do NOT use this place. I recommend CDL Ready in Lee’s Summit. The price is the same, but you’ll get what you pay for at CDL Ready. You get nothing for your payment at New Reflections.

Very unprofessional staff and rude. They feel they can speak to anyone however they feel and never willing to listen. They school itself has VERY unprofessional trainers. They talk to you however they want and take no responsibility for their actions. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone. They also drop the ball a lot and students don't truly get what they need.
