I had a great experience in this store. I had an issue with a piece inside my refrigerator. I called a well-known KC appliance company, and they recommended Mr. Fix It. Johnny was very helpful and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend! My roommate and I were able to find a washer/dryer set within our price range, and Tom even brought us a bouquet of flowers as a housewarming gift when they came to deliver. Their excellent service made our moving process so much easier!
I could not be happier with my experience with Mr. Fix It. I took in a broken KitchenAid mixer and it is holiday baking time! I thought I would be waiting a long time to get it back, but got the call that it was fixed in an incredibly short time! They were very nice to do business with and I would recommend their service to anyone.
This was an amazing appliance place. Tom took great care of us, gave us an amazing deal, and really had our best interests in mind. They offer 30 day warrantys on a ton of their products, and the prices are already affordable. I think this place is gold, and better than almost any commercial place you could go to.
As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and helped immediately. The owner listened to what I said I was looking for and gave me the pros and cons for each washer he had in the shop. I picked the one I wanted and he said that he would buy the old one I had if it wasn't in too bad shape. He ended up buying my old washer which I know for a fact that alot of places won't do. The service was the best service I have experienced in this area period. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I will go here for all of my major appliance needs in the future. Thank you.
