I hate to leave bad reviews... However I decided to do it this time. Brian seemed a very nice guy and the company looked professional when Brian showed up with his van to help find an underground broke valve for my sprinkler. Brian did find the valve with his detector. He left with the opened ground undone due to rain and charged $70 for his time, which was completely fine to me. When I worked to close the hole myself, I found a total of 5 spots of broken pipes around the valve damaged by shovel after I fixed one after another in 2 days. Brian did know he broke the irrigation pipes but still charged me and left, which is very immoral. I eventually fixed all those 5 broken pipes myself with a lot of frustrations. After about 2 weeks, I had another broken value. I called Brian again asking him to help find with his detector (This time I planned to tell him not to touch opening the ground, only to find the location and I would want to do the opening myself ) Brian let me wait a full week but blew me off at the day he supposed to come even after he confirmed to come one day before the job when I asked. After more than a month, my sprinkler is still not working and my $250 reseeding spend got me nothing because of a broken sprinkler. This is a very unpleasant experience. I would not use this company again as Brian is not accountable for the jobs he's doing and only to waste your time, energy and money. Be warned.

Brian is very professional and his work speaks for itself. I bought a new house and really didn't know where to start with the lawn. Brian cleaned up my landscaping and got my irrigation system in service. He took the extra time to walk me through the proper operation of the irrigation system. I got on his lawn program and I am seeing great results. I can't wait for the fall renovation when I have him out to aerate and overseed!

I have used Brian for regular service of my irrigation system. This year I’ve used him for lawn aeration. He does really great work, on time, very affordable. Highly recommend this company.
