What a fun way to spend the afternoon! My mom, my sister, and I all went and ended up purchasing. I waited until I got my bed to do the review And let me tell you it was worth it. Starting with Mark at mattress firm and trying out all the different types of beds until we found my perfect fit. I swear this was the best experience of 2020. I bought the best from the best! I even have the adjustable bed frame with a little massage action and lights. Which is perfect for when you're trying to get into bed after you've turned the lights off in the room. Buying a mattress isn't the most fun thing to do in the world, but Mark Holland not only made it easy, but a lot of fun. This was a purchase for a 95 year old woman. He was most helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He even offered to be at the house the day of delivery so everything would go smoothly. I didn't feel that was necessary but the fact he offered shows he truly cares. I feel he went above and beyond.
WOW! The store has a wide selection of different styles/brands to offer. Mark Holland was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Purchasing a mattress doesn’t have to be a pain...just go visit Stefanie at the Mattress Firm! We originally were visiting the store to test a specific mattress, but with Stefanie’s guidance we decided to purchase a completely different type of mattress. She was knowledgeable and patient with us, respected our budget, and was not pushy at all. I feel confident in our purchase knowing it was guided by a professional and is backed up by the Mattress Firm guarantee!
I came in oblivious to what I wanted but did have a budget in mind. Stefanie gave me a warm welcome and she got to work. She did an amazing job taking me around to different styles/brands of mattresses with different price points, paying special attention to educating me like a consultant would.
