I give zero stars because I learned that allstate insurance “at this location” is very money hungry... I was being charged as a high-risk driver and didn’t even know it so I switch to progressive insurance. The only way I found I was being charged as a high-risk driver was when I got a newer vehicle and added it to my insurance policy plus they were trying to overcharge me for the newer vehicle. the last month before I switched they still charged me despite the fact that I was wrongly being charged as a High risk driver for the entirety of having a 3 year policy with allstate insurance. I haven’t had a car accident or any driving violation on my record in 15/16 maybe 17 something years, lols..check it out for a 2004 Saturn ion and a 1999 Mercury grand Marquis that I hardly ever drove I paid allstate $145 monthly to add a 2017 Lincoln MKZ allstate wanted $375 monthly and a $1000 deductible with progressive I pay $149 a month with a $500 deductible.. Thank God for Progressive Insuranceud83dude4fud83cudffe.”

They're always helpful but auto insurance is on the high end if they use your credit score to quote you some auto insurance. Don't always believe what the commercials say about getting a check back for good driving because i never received any. I didn't get a lot of discounts either with having a multiple car policy either. I don't recommend this company now days. It's the company not the people who work for them.

I've had All-State insurance for 41 yrs. The Park Agency has continued the quality service I'd come to expect.

Jason Park and his team are a friendly caring bunch. They can help you with any insurance needs you might have. With four locations around the metro they are not hard to visit in person either, call or drop by.
