My wife and I were less than 24 hours away from our current health insurance plan lapsing and leaving us with no coverage when we reached out to Phil for help. He performed a miracle! We gave him the basic information that he needed and he returned our call within two hours with a great deal of information and an very affordable solution to our major problem. Phil was very patient, kind and understanding to our plight and he walked us through the processes necessary for us to gain an excellent health care package. The current package is even better than the one we had previously. We cannot thank Phil enough for his help and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Phil and his professional services to everyone with health insurance care issues.

I can't say enough good things about Phil and the way he handles his business. After having an issue with Ambetter's recurring billing, I was cancelled before I was aware of the problem. Someone recommended that I talked to a broker to discuss short term (bridge coverage before the situation is rectified) or long term coverage options. I found Phil on Google after looking at several broker reviews and options.nnFrom the first call it was clear Phil is very knowledgeable and knows how to navigate many of the hurdles posed by managed care. After listening to my current predicament he gave me solid professional advice and several options to choose from. I am VERY big on customer interaction, preferring a genuine, no BS approach over the cookie-cutter nice we often see today. Phil IS that guy. He's genuine yet to the point which made a potentially scary situation a relative inconvenience.nnWhile I can't attest to his service/performance in claims handling I have all the confidence in the world he will provide the same service, should that day come. Insurance can be super stressful for everyone involved. Phil has been extremely helpful in getting my husband the insurance he needs for his many health issues, and he does his best to get the right cost.
