Scheduled myself as a new patient today at 11o’clock with Dr. Leaphart and I’m still waiting an hour later in the waiting room listening to the two girls upfront talk about other patients in front of us in the waiting room and then to be told that I’m scheduled with the nurse practitioner that I did not asked to see! All I was trying to do was find another doctor that is more convenient to my home since my other gynecologist isn’t available when I need to see him and I had the worst experience today at this office!

First time at this facility. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very nice and the best part I didn't had to wait long. When my name was called the nice lady that took me to the room was very friendly and Ms. St Cloud was very nice too. She actually talk to me and she wasent in a rush she took her time and I didn't feel pressure also she make me feel comfortable.

Dr.Leaphart was very friendly, she always welcomes me with a smile. Has a unique way in treating her patients and advising them. My experience at Allcare for Women was great overall!! I don’t wanna forget the ultrasound tech and the receptionists, great and caring staff!

This was my first time at the Allcare for Women facility with Dr. Leaphart. I was very pleased with the service received from beginning to end. I first met Tamara at the front desk who provided me with great customer service and assistance it was very refreshing. Then I met Shante who made me feel like I had known her for many years. I just appreciated her customer service. I met Dr. Leaphart who I truly enjoyed speaking and interacting with because she feels like an auntie who always gives you great advice. I truly believe that she cares about my wellbeing and health. Lastly, I met Katy who also provided me with great customer service and help. After my OBGYN Dr. Scarff moved to delivering babies only I felt like I wouldn't find another doctor like him because I had known him since I was 19 years of age. I stayed at the same facility for one more visit but knew I wanted to switch to a female doctor. I am grateful to be a part of the Allcare For Women Family with Dr. Leaphart and staff. Thank you.
