Ever since I switched I've been happy with your company. You keep my rates competitive, if I need anything everyone (but especially Don and Glenn) are always super nice/helpful over the phone, and I like that you look at my rates yearly to see if you can save me more money through one of you other companies but still have good coverage. My man Glenn though, he's the main reason I'm there. He always has a great attitude, he's one of the NICEST people I know, and referrals I send to you all he ALWAYS gives the VIP treatment to. It's picked you guys up some business, but even if they don't switch everyone ALWAYS tells me how nice and professional he was. Customer service is my #1 thing, always has been, and you guys have that in spades! Very happy with you all as a company, I'm definitely not planning on going anywhere!

Nothing about my interactions with this company have gone right. They entered our information wrong so when we called to correct it our rates went up. After we got that correct, without any notification from this company, our rates tripled. We emailed them, they said that we could lower it with other documentation that they previously never asked for. We then cancelled because we found way lower rates. We cancelled before the end of a payment cycle so we assumed we would get part of a refund. WRONG. Our payment with the insurance company that they set us up with was 10 days short of collection because we had cancelled with this company but they never notified us we had more due! When writing in, there was never an apology or easy ways to fix these issues. This company is horrible with communication and gave us issues every step of the way. I am surprised Dave Ramsey allows them to use his name as this is not what he stands for at all. He would be baffled to know people chose this company because they are on his list of endorsements.
