When I first met Steven, he was just another agent that I was visiting with to possibly insure our home and vehicles. However, over the course of the last few years, he is now like family. He and his staff regularly take time to review all our policies and insure that our coverage aligns with our objectives. I couldn't be happier with the service we've received. So thankful to have met him. Not only do we have great coverage, but we gained a friend in the process!

You won't find a brighter group of people!!! People generally see insurance people near the same as sales people, but Steven Kohnle's agency is different. Him, and his team actually cares about their clients! I have heard of one of their team mates taking their own time to help a client with some minor home improvements to help meet an insurance deadline. I have heard of another taking her lunch break to comb through policies to help save another client hundreds of dollars. I have also personally met him, and he is one of the most caring, and warm people you will ever meet that goes above and beyond for every one of his people, client and teammate alike!! You might as well be storing your precious items in his own house because that's how well he takes care of you!!!
